A clinic must have an operational license to serve patients legally and to work with BPJS Kesehatan (the national health insurance) or private insurers. We help you prepare the paperwork for your type of clinic.

Building, medical staff, and equipment documents are prepared according to the standards.
Submission
The application is submitted through OSS and forwarded to the Health Office.
Site visit and license
The Health Office inspects the clinic, then the operational license is issued.

Does a clinic have to be a business entity?
A clinic can be run by an individual or a business entity, depending on the type of clinic. We help you choose the right form.
Is a clinic license needed to work with BPJS?
Yes. A valid operational license is one of the main requirements for working with BPJS Kesehatan.
What if one of our medical staff doesn't have a SIP yet?
A SIP is obtained individually for each medical professional at the local Health Office. We help you identify which documents are still missing.
